Ideal Construction is an established commercial and residential general contractor and sub-contractor.  While doing nearly 90% commercial work, we handle all aspects of remodeling, tenant improvements, property management, and interior finish.

Since 2001,  we have been in business, Ideal Construction has developed an excellent list of repeat customers, including Heritage Properties, the Lund Company, Investors Realty, Grubb & Ellis/Pacific Realty, Noddle Companies, PJ Morgan Real Estate, and Richland Development.
